Voice AI for home services
Every missed call is a lost job.
NewCoreLab builds voice AI that answers, qualifies, and books — so contractors never lose work to voicemail.

01The problem
$4,500
average cost of a furnace replacement. Jobs that size start with a phone call.

02What we're building
Answers every call
Nights, weekends, the middle of a job. Your line picks up on the first ring while your crew stays on the work. No hold music, no phone tree, no beep.
Qualifies and books
The agent asks what the caller needs, where they are, and how soon. Real work lands on your calendar with the details you need to show up ready. You see every call, booked or not.
Syncs with the tools you already run on
Jobs, contacts, and call notes flow into the scheduling and CRM software you use today. No new dashboard to babysit. No double entry.
03How it works
A customer dials your number. The agent answers, works out what they need, and puts the job on your calendar. You get a booking and a transcript, not a voicemail.
04Company
We're an early-stage software company in Washington, D.C., building voice AI for the trades. We got here by talking to the people who run HVAC, plumbing, and roofing companies. The same story came up every time: the phone rings, the crew is on a job, and the caller hires whoever answers next.
We think the phone is the most under-built interface in home services. Scheduling software got good. Dispatch got good. The call that starts every job still ends in voicemail. We're building for that.
